Horsepoop recovery run nice and slow...leg didn't feel as great as yesterday but it was pretty good once I got into the run...3 strides after were a little painful
Same workout as last week: 3 X (4 min tempo, 1 min off) Felt pretty good today...the trainer taped my arch and my leg barely hurt at all when I was running fast...it hurt more when I was running slow in between intervals and on our cool down, but it definitely felt better than it has the past few days

So my leg has been hurting this past week so Coach Frank told me to just run around on soft surfaces while they did Lemolo...it was really boring but did feel better than running on pavement...I think I'll go see the trainer tomorrow
