Ran down to the bay, jumped in, and then ran back up to the school...such a beautiful day!! It was actually warm enough to jump in without freezing! :D
4X(600m at goal mile pace, 200m jog, 200m finish kick)
This workout was really hard! My goal time for the 600 was 2:09 and my times were 2:11, 2:08, 2:08, 2:09...I was dead by the end of this workout! We got full recovery in between reps so about 6 minutes
Same as last monday, horsepoop with 2min hard, 1 min easy intervals on the trail...didn't feel like I was going as hard as last week but took almost exactly the same time on the trail...such a beautiful day for running!! Looking forward to the weather the rest of this week too! :)
