Orienteering race (Sprint) 17:17 [4] 2.6 km (6:39 / km) +75m 5:49 / km

Really good sprint race for me. Pretty much ran clean, although with a bit too much hesitation, mostly making sure I wasn't about to go through olive green. I was catching up to Anna and Evalin at the end but I didn't quite have enough to catch them. I was feeling the last 2 days in my legs...

Orienteering race (One-man Sprint Relay) 17:54 [4] 2.6 km (6:53 / km) +65m 6:07 / km

This was really fun! Again, no major mistakes just some hesitations. Tori was ahead of me on the last loop but I couldn't catch her, especially as I was dying going up the hill to the 3rd control. My legs felt really tired but it was still a really fun race of controlled chaos! :)

Orienteering race (Long) 1:31:39 [4] 8.23 km (11:08 / km) +500m 8:32 / km

I really liked this course! Of course it was physically brutal, long and with lots of climb, and I was walking up a lot of the hills, but I actually really enjoyed this race. I messed up going to 2 because I was reading ahead and forgot to pay attention to my map. And then I messed up going to 8. Not sure all of my route choices were the best, but I stuck with them instead of changing my mind halfway through so that was good! Much better race than yesterday! :)

So so so bad. I mispunched the first control and then ran the rest of the course. Not very cleanly either. Messed up on 2, really stupid mistake going to 13. The other legs weren't too bad but just really slow with all the climb. I always felt behind, and never really got the chance to read ahead until near the end when it opened up. Tomorrow's a new day!

5X2min mother hills...alone while the rest of the distance team went on a nice longish run so I can take the rest of the week easy...i forgot how hard those are though...took a nice long rest in between coming down very slowly
