Running tempo 25:00 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (20:00 @4) 3.45 mi (7:15 / mi)

So track practice was delayed because of thunder so our hard workout was postponed until tomorrow. I have to miss track tomorrow, though, so I did it today instead. The workout was 5X(4 min at tempo, 1 min jog). I felt really good and relaxed today, but I'm not sure I was running fast enough, it was pretty hard to judge pace running by myself, especially since I haven't done a lot of pace work lately.
