2000 feet elevation gain over 2 miles on the way up - 47 minutes. Took the road down (4 miles) to try to save my knees - 62 minutes.

I did the interval workout (12X400) with the map memorization exercise just taking the running intervals slow since my legs are still recovering. Definitely some good orienteering practice tho!
