league...last race of the season!! legs were really hurting warming up but they felt fine once i started racing...did good for the first mile but then didnt do so well...it was very hot so none of the times were fast, it was hard racing in that hot since we havent trained in it much! anyway I'm glad to be able to take a week off of running to let my legs recover before i start my summer running training :)
