Easy to ride to stretch out legs. Some discomfort in knee and hips but overall not to bad. Stop for coffee at the end.

Good race did not hold pace of where I wanted to. Tight hips need to work on getting them loose in the next 4 weeks. Will look at both runs this week and re gauge if I need to change my goal time for RR 1/2 marathon.
