Tryouts for Grit! High intensity, high level of play, very exciting day! (I made the first round of cuts too).

Drove up on my own after tryouts ended to make the first day of Sectionals with UMD. arrived in time to watch the end of a pretty low-level game against Salisbury (we were doing really well but probably playing under our skill level since the other team was not as good) and then played hard in the next game against GW (which was slated to be our hardest game of the day, so coaches wanted me to make that one). We won, and it felt good to contribute! then I played a couple points in the next game against JHU.
Scrimmage with alumni/various club players (scandal, grit) windy so throws weren't super pretty

Circuit with Glenn again! 15 lunges each side 15 reverse lunges each side 1 min plank, 1 min side plank, 1 min other side plank (3x) tapped out on the last one and just did 1 min plank, 30s each side plank next we did 1 min on, 10 s off: rowing (with resistance band), crunches, rowing again, bicycles, russian twists, leg throw-downs, pushups (yikes)
