Shadowed Jenna on the yellow course at Granite. It was a really nice course but maybe a bit too easy for her, because she was able to run the whole thing smoothly without too much direction from me. We lost a little time when she got lost in a field, but it didn't hurt too much because she came in second over all!

Ran the Green course in Granite, MD. I had a really clean run, and I only made one minor mistake (on 7-8 I think). I missed my attackpoint to this vague reentrant but then just kept going the same direction instead of slowing down and trying to figure things out. I ended up overshooting the control, but luckily I spotted this wrecked car (man-made object) sitting on a trail in the distance and realized I had gone too far. I reoriented, turned around, and found the control soon after. I think my only other fault was losing steam near the middle and the end--but more endurance is always something to work on.
