Really started feeling it by the last set but realized that I was almost done and whatever was hurting now would stop in a few minutes and that kinda helped me through the last set. Finally not super windy on the track today.

Running 51:04 [3] 7.0 mi (7:18 / mi)
shoes: Supa Hot Fire

2 mile warm up 16:34
2 x 3200 workout with 3:30 rest( supposed to be 3 min but i lost track of time) with 4 x 100m strides afterwards. 3200 goals pace: 13:20
12:57 (6:29, 6:28)
12:30 (6:25, 6:05)
strides: 17,15,15,14

Felt pretty good today. There was a pretty big wind today that was nice on one half of the track and not so nice on the other. Had a pretty good workout and just tried to keep it conservative for the first half. Didn't have a enough time for a full cool-down before the dining hall closed so I did most of it and then ran and got a to-go box and finished it on my way back to my dorm.
