Fairly tough course again today. I only had mistakes on two controls and a bad route choice to 16 but it definitely felt better than yesterday. Just had trouble pushing the pace in the woods.

Warm up, got there a little later than we wanted since addison and I both forgot our o-shoes at his house and had to turn back. So i didnt warm up as long as i wanted

Rough day for me. I was leading by a lot but I just made some little mistakes and then began to add up. Really liked the technical area towards the end of the course though.

Very happy about today. Probably the best sprint I've ever run as far as navigation goes. Towards the end I started getting really tired so I guess I shouldn't have gone out quite as hard but still a good race for me.
