morning run in the rain. Pretty sore from the weekend but the rain felt really good this morning so i went a little faster than usual.

4.6k middle course in 40:51. There was 250m of uphill climb today, that was no beuno. But i made it and got 5th...again. SO... overall i bet you cant guess what place I got. I bet you can't. I'll tell you. It was 5th. Which means I made the team and I get to go back to europe this summer. Mission accomplished. Still missing my day off though.

8.9k long course in 1:31:48, got a little off track but i survived it... and got 5th place again. I'm just happy i got through it.

warmup for the sprint 2mi in 16:30
3.4k sprint course in 22:29 it went alright. i couldve run faster but i wanted to make sure my navigating was correct and without too many mistakes.I got 5th and i need to stay top 6 to make the the team so im happy eith my placing today.
cooled down 10 minutes. It started snowing on the cooldown...why? Why kentucky?

ran 4 with edwin and rhett and then about a mile trying to get to the meeting and from the meeting and ready for this weekend. it was a stressful day

I was pretty tired today and my shins were still aching a bit. Altogether it went alright

ran with rhett on some trail we've never been on before. It was only like .25 miles and super muddy and super awesome.
