8 with 8 hills. I started a little later than the rest of the team since i forgot that we were at cinders today. I was starting to run with zack but that didnt last long because he was going much faster than i wanted to so i dropped back and then ran the warm up loop thing and ran into sam and robert. I ran with them and then sam and i did hill about halfway through the run and then we finished up on the track. im really sore.

Warm up 10 minutes at 7:30 pace
49:43 for 6.9k. I got first place today. The course went well but I'm going to be sore tomorrow because I'm definitely not I used too these hills. i also got a blister on my foot.
Cool down 3 miles at 7:30 pace. My watch died just before I finished.

6.4k race in 49:01. I got second and im pretty happy. Michael beat me by almost 3 minutes but thats alright. I was just trying not to make mistakes and i didnt make any big ones, I think tomorrow i'll push it more speedwise.

Ran with Kyle, Daniel, Isaac, and Eb down old high school trail for 2.5 miles and then turned around. My quad still ached while walking around today but when running it was fine.

Ran goat with michael today. We were just taking it easy and im surprised we were even under 8 pace. My quad was hurting all day when walking around. When i ran however, i couldnt feel it until we started going down HOD trail.

I was only supposed to do 5 today. So i ran with matt down old high school trail and then turned around. He had ran a mile and a half while we were doing drills so I finished up on the track. I had one lap left and danielle wanted to run so i decided i was feeling alright and did a few more
