Orienteering1:16:30 [3] 10.0 mi (7:39 / mi) +235m7:08 / mi
first i did the 2.3k sprint in 18:19 then the 4.5k red in 39:07 then the 3.1k yellow in 19:04 i scaped my knee at control 5 while jumping over a rock. I think this is a sign to get in more hurtling practice ...a lot less climb than last weekend
