Watching the LANSW 'Littles' State Championships on live stream. Very wet - glad I didn't nominate as an official this weekend. Lots of DQs in the walks. We watched one U10 boy who trains with Bethany cross the finish line in 5th place but was promoted to the gold medal.

Had to withdraw from SL 1 & 2. Probably not a good idea to run with stitches or until the wound has properly healed. First 'free' weekend in a while. Our home got buzzed by a low-flying police helicopter around 2pm and again at 7pm looking for a lost 74yo local in nearby bushland. Prospects of a favourable outcome diminishing by the hour.
