"UWS Penrith", Werrington South Campus. Div 3: 5.4km, +85m, 14c. MP. Didn't recognise the feature at #1 and ran away from the control at first (lost 1'). Ran to #2 via #3 (-30"). Wrong alley at #4 (-50"). Didn't expect the track leaving #5 to stop at at the high fence (-1:30). Tripped in a hole and fell on the downhill to #10. Realised moments later that my glasses had fallen off my head. Found them after backtracking, but my concentration was broken and I punched the wrong control at #11. R achilles very sore. Course too long for my physiology. 18°C. TE 3.9.
