LANSW Region 5 Track & Field Championships. Warm Saturday. Wet Sunday. Adam successfully qualified for 3 events at the LANSW State Championships in 5 weeks time: 3000m (2nd), 1500m (2nd, PB 4:22.5), 800m (6th). A bit off the pace in triple jump & javelin, but those events are just for fun.

Muswellbrook-Ironbark Ridge loop. A new estate on the S side of Muswellbrook. Not on Googlemaps yet. Went MTB on a trail between km7 & km9 before it stopped at a small dam. 3 kangaroos.
