Leg 2 - Washlands Relay.
Full length route this year. Wasn't sure how to approach this after the weekend, gave it a go and not too bothered about the result. Hoping to be in a slightly slower team so could take it a bit steadier but ended up racing. HR hasn't been up that high for a while...
Calves felt awful immediately after finishing - lack of faster running recently. Taking it easy for the rest of the week now, would like to feel back to normal sooner rather than later.
