Wanted to get a longer run in, but also not kill myself. So decided a 10 mins 'steady', 2 mins walk x 5 might work - with a few hills thrown in the effort was bound to be a bit harder in places.
Realised on the third 10 mins that the chosen loop was a bit too short for the full hour, but negotiating a field of cows + farmer slowed things down a bit. Ended with a 75" hill rep through the woods at the end rather than the last run block and walked/jogged back home after that.
