To the start to get there 'on time' although people were going as and when due to the rain.

Black course at Burnham. Physically felt alright after the cold though still getting rid of a load of gunk. Technically not too great, lost a minute or so on #1,3,24 and 30"+ on 5,7,18,25. Even though still on 1:15, the contrast underfoot between this week and last meant distance judgement was well off too much of the time early on, but got better. Route choices on mid-length legs non-optimal in places too. Went through the 'technical' bit pretty well though, apart from getting caught in crap going too straight at one point.

Need to do something to force myself to read the map more often, don't feel like I'm picking up some of the key details sometimes.

Fairly swift warm-up to get to hills session. Feeling OK but not great

Hills - 2 sets of 4 x 1' up, 90" jog down

Didn't feel great on the first so eased off, still quite congested from whatever illness was affecting me Tuesday. So unsurprisingly distances well down at around 200m per rep.

Unless feeling amazingly better will have at least tomorrow off.
