Probably not the best of plans... Informal training course (no kites), going pretty slowly and stopping to consider the route choices/attacks etc before each leg. After last week the aim was to find the best route (for me) that minimised the chance of any error/hesitation/surprises en route, that didn't go too far out the way, yet still allowed (potentially) full speed running. All while attempting to manage the ITB situation...
Worked quite well from a technical viewpoint, and the ITB was fine until I reached the final 'control' on my 'course'. But after stopping and considering route back to car park, attempted to move off again to find myself in quite a bit of pain. Hadn't actually run that far, but a fair bit of terrain/bracken/hill meant should have stopped after an hour max. My own stupid fault...
