Cycling 1:10:00 [2] 25.0 km (21.4 kph) +75m
ahr:135 max:168

Relatively easy cycle from Oxford to Thame, where I was helping throughout the day to run an orienteering demo (300+ runs!)

Orienteering 3:42 [5] 0.9 km (4:07 / km)

Around the 'long' course in the Thame showground towards the end of the day

Cycling 1:03:00 [3] 25.0 km (23.8 kph) +75m
ahr:152 max:175

Back from Thame at a slighter faster rate, pleasant ride through the relatively flat Bucks/Oxon countryside.

Orienteering 21:10 [5] 3.7 km (5:43 / km)
ahr:175 max:198 shoes: Red Asics 1120

Non-comp run round the cuppers course in Uni Parks/Science Area. Good fun course with a fair number of twists and turns, felt I should have been running a bit faster but body didn't really want to...

GPS Distance - 4.75km

Warm up/down 7:00 [2]

Jog round after cuppers to pick up a few of the controls.

Warm up/down 12:00 [3] 2.3 km (5:13 / km)
shoes: Walsh Ultra

Pretty fast from the lab to South Parks, then slower home after running Morrell Avenue.

Run - off road hills 23:30 [4] 4.4 km (5:20 / km) +175m 4:27 / km
ahr:163 max:190 shoes: Walsh Ultra

'Short' hills in South Park - 2 sets of a pyramid of 30", 45", 1', 45", 30" with jog back down recovery (~50", 70", 90"), 3' between sets.

Pretty consistent distances - 140m for the 30", 195m for the 45" (which ended just over the steeper bit of slope), 260m for the 1'

Then ran up Morrell Avenue after the session, started at what I thought was a slow pace but haven't done any hills of that length for a while - 800m, +35m in 3'30"

Calves a bit tight, need a decent stretch... Heart rate seems a little low for a session like this.

Circuits 40:00 [2]

The usual, wet and horrible outside - why is it (almost) always raining on a Monday?

Stretching 12:00 [0]

Needed...

Mapping 1:30:00 [0]

Checking out and updating a couple of bits of the new Parks map - almost done now, just the northern edge to go. Will go for a run round it to check it all makes sense at some point soon.
