M21L on Long Valley North - legs and body didn't feel great, got round with no major mishaps. Some confusion caused by a block of woodland missing from the map on way to #8, wrong route choice to #11 then missed when I got there. Worst time loss was when tired to #24 and drifted too far right to end up on wrong track, then missed it at the end costing ~80".
Enjoyed the quick control pick section about 80% of the way in but otherwise much of the course felt too much like a slog with too many controls bunged away in the bottom of pits. Tbh, the fitness isn't too bad considering lack of training over the last couple of months, but wasn't feeling smooth in the running and I'm sure I should be moving faster on the tracks...
