BADO Regional at Butterwood. Only one big mistake with a couple of small misses elsewhere. Map quite dodgy in places, especially on vegetation interpretation, but the area was generally very fast. Generally felt good, although hit a dip as Ed went past me. However was under 90mins which was the aim.

Back in Oxford, steady run along Marston Ferry Road, down to and around Parks then back up the river. would have been slightly shorter but Wolfson bridge was shut. Didn't feel brilliant but just needed to get out there.
