Had to shut’er down today. Exhausted. Only an hour or two of sleep before an 11:00pm wake up.

Afternoon siesta was essential - wish it was more than 45 minutes.

Quite the steamer out there anyway. Dhaka-ish.

Another half at marathon pace. A couple more hills this time.

No breakfast, a cup of coffee, and maybe 300ml of water beforehand.

Didn't pass a fountain - but a coach at a kids tennis camp in James Gardens let me have a bit of water at about the hour mark.

Good feelings.

Not so Sri Lankan today. More like late spring in Buenos Aires.

I should get a new Garmin. Too many fritzy bits.
