Physiotherapist said to try running for 15-20 minutes...so I did.
Bloody sauna out.
Tried to increase my cadence and stride low to the ground, which was quite hard because I tend to be a bounder.
2 slight uphills, 2 slight downhills. Super flat running surface.
Verdict:
Uphills felt fine...did not feel confident going downhill or changing my direction. No pain in the ankle, but my foot seems to be slightly inverted.
Going to go for 25-30 minutes tomorrow.
Hopeful.
