Sooooo sick of not being able to run. Had pain in both calves after my last tempo run, even though the efforts themselves felt relatively easy and flowing. I've been resting all week trying to let them recover from what I believe to be some sort of tendinitis around the upper Achilles area. I'm thinking the injury is the result of maybe ramping up KMs too much/not allowing myself to fully recover, and shoes that were getting old. Hopefully I'll be able to participate in the sunday long run!
In other news. I can still ride a bike, but I don't think I'll be sitting at 350 watts for an hour like I used to any time soon :/
