Just along the shoreline to Merewether and back. Went out at about 5 o'clock already hungry and the last few KMs were a struggle.

Same run as Monday. My hip seems to have recovered which is great.. but I also wish I'd known that it would magically get better before I withdrew from the Falls Creek camp! Feeling a bit better now but still struggled to get the HR much above 150 on the way up the mountain.

Not 100% sure if I'm sick or not but I certainly don't feel 100%.

Running (Canobolas Run) 46:46 [4] 9.5 km (4:55 / km) +325m 4:12 / km
shoes: Saucony Kinvara 6 (August 2016

Went for a run up Mt Canobolas. Slept almost all day yesterday and assumed I was just tired but I think I might be a bit sick. Was struggling super hard to get the heart rate above 150 and my legs were screaming. Stopped the run short because I didn't seem to be firing on all 3 cylinders.
