5 days coming up soon! So I thought I'd log some training! I've been doing a few very easy runs like this, trying to overcome my weird lower calf/Achilles running injury issues.
This was the first time I was able to run over 10km without having to have a break because of the gradual pressure/pain buildup in my achilles. Maybe the stretching I've been doing has been helping? We'll see if I hold up when some elevation is introduced during the 5 days. Looking forward to it!
