Orienteering race (Aus relay) 1:35:30 [3] ***** 8.0 km (11:56 / km) +310m 10:00 / km

Stomach cramps calf cramps and hip cramps. Massive struggle. Electrolytes must have been way out of balance cause I had absolutely nothing to push with today. Disappointing but glad I managed to finish.
