1 AM

road run 15:00 [2] 1.0 km (15:00 / km)

Good warm up
2 AM

orienteering race 1:09:24 [5] 8.4 km (8:16 / km)

First army event of the year at Barossa. Ran hard and really enjoyed this race -although its early in autumn the bracken was not too much of an issue.
Missed no.10 which was a straight leg through the wood, elsewhere a few seconds in the circles. Quite pleased with the run but along way behind Mark, perhaps he is just running very well

Tuesday Sep 11, 2018 #

Note

Needed to take a day off to give legs a chance

Monday Sep 10, 2018 #

off road 45:00 [3] 4.0 mi (11:15 / mi)

Short run with Pete and Jo in Ashton Court very short of energy

Sunday Sep 9, 2018 #

off road 2:40:00 [3] 18.0 km (8:53 / km)

Long run in the rain from Chapel -le -dale campsite which included Ingleborough but did not visit top of Whernside. View of Ribbleshead viaduct. Going ok but tiring towards the end last few days with Mark and Alice highlights work to on stamina. Going into the hills has been a rarity
