Some warm up, trying to find a balance but knee not ok before starting

Long final B at Grib Skov, well planned proper classic race with lots of choice and challenge, hot day and late start . Not sure whether to run or not so decided to start and then not sure whether to continue. Ran a couple of legs ok but concentration poor and result worse. Probably should have dropped out.

Middle final B. Very early start only a handful of runners in front, short legs with compass at start and lack of tracks and elephants were a disadvantage but did not think about knee gave it 100% and spiked all the controls except 13 where I lost 90-120 secs . A good run despite early start but just missed out on A final, shame about 13 where I got to attack point but did not see flag

Qualifier, early start in my heat which did not help. Not a terrible run but lost 2 mins at 3 and again stupidly another 2 mins at the easy 13, also not particularly clean on a couple of others. It turns out that my heat was also stacked so 29th where as this time would have placed me 10+ higher in the others. Could perhaps have done 49 mins but that would have been a very good day at the office. Pushed very hard over the last few, e.g. fastest split on run in, which may have caused 13' s error

After the run knee was painful

orienteering race 17:07 [5] 3.1 km (5:31 / km)

Sprint final in Copenhagan. Lost time 30-40 secs at no 1 and also no 4, not expecting very complicated start so missed turn for no 1 and that no 4 was on other side of hedge, rest went pretty well.
