Good warm up
2 AM

orienteering race 49:10 [5] 4.7 km (10:28 / km)

Middle race at Colonel's Drive. Two problems in the green, could not find small clearing at 4 after very short leg, (suspect may have been an elephant track later) and came out of green from 6 onto wrong track, so instead of a simple quick run, big banana and had to cross rough wood. A couple of not quite rights in the nice wood but generally ok. A long way down. Very enjoyable.

QO galloppen at west end of hills. Nice place to run but really much better for long o than shorter form. I don't think there was much route choice if there was I missed them so mostly straight. A couple of wobbles due to lack of concentration but no big horlicks
