So buzzing to be out on the bike again and knee was fine. Hopefully this mild weather continues so I can do this regularly again :)

Really enjoyed this, first time in a while. No heavy stuff or jumping obv because knee, but the warm up, lots of bosu balance work, glute activation, kb squats, oh press and core (can’t do my fav roll outs as the pressure on knee:(). This will happen now twice a week from now on.

She thinks knee pain is traction and antibiotics make muscles more lax, so weak in all stabilisers in legs. Even a squat on a wobble board was hard work- neeeed to get back in the gym when I can to do activation and balance work
Knee taped and when it’s settled I can run on it again.

At work knee started twinging weirdly on my right (good) knee, weird. Feels like I’ve fallen over on it and bashed it. Should settle soon!
