running 1:30:00 [2] 10.35 km (8:42 / km) +957m 5:57 / km

Ambleside Club run with Steve, Jim and guest Rob. From Grasmere layby, up Fairfield via Great Rigg and back over Seat Sandal. Nice and chilla and good weather- v cold up high and still snow though! So happy to be out on the proper fells again :D. Felt alright on the climbs (just lacking gusto) but slowing the group own massively back down.
Worthy to note that every single run I've done recently I've gone over on my left ankle and it hurts the top of my foot (outer) for about a minute- this has happened even on the easy flat tracks. Maybe my foot lands funny and I have a weakness meaning my foot can't hold me up- seeing Hazel Thursday so will get advice for it then.

Easy pootle with Meg over Loughrigg, through Red Bank back past Rydal and Under Loughrigg. Lovely little non hilly loop, felt okay up until the last 10 where I got tired. Enjoyed the mild sunny weather!!
