30" yoga and then rolling- sore when I woke up this morning in the legs, adding to the arm DOMS from core on Friday.... Still have a sore throat and rash on legs.

Loughrigg Lots of ice, but enjoyed the parts covered in snow. Very much a ploddle, just happy to be out on the most perfect winters day. Throat still sore, rash still on legs.
Was meant to gym but glands are now swollen along with the rash all over my body.... cry. Resistance band workout, I’m so weak. Just want to get training again!!
Easy turbo. Woke up feeling the best I had done since the ear infection, but with a horrible allergic reaction (I hope) to the drips. Drs later tonight
Felt good enough to do something, v easy but hr too high. New ear spray from doctors and more antibiotics. Should hopefully clear left ear but have something fundamentally wrong with right ear canal that needs specialist treatment. Hoping to get v easy training done this week at least.
