Out n back on a591 from gym.
All felt very odd and heavy and overanalysing it all- think its all on the way up though :D. Think new insoles will be fab.

Saw Hazel rather than gym. Hip feeling a lot better from her treatment- no pain today at all and she says the muscle feels totally different. She did some ultrasound on it and retaped. Going to try a wee run Sunday with my new orthotics

Note

Hips been feeling a little less sore and pangy but have been taking ibuprofen. Went a saw Hazel today- lots of feeling around before we got to the route of the issue- rectus femoris sticking and tight to surrounding quads (due to biomech issues caused by my inverted foot and knee (my dodgy one). Acu in pifi n glutes, and then deep into the RF (ouchy :(), lots of fun deep tissue work and taped up. Popping in again on Friday and Monday to see the response and go from there. So lucky to have Hazels support - I will not be out for the whole of winter as usual and feeling a lot better about everything :)
