Aiming for sub40 with this lack of fitness (time in 2015 was 40.34), so happy enough and happy to have been able to run it. Feeling as okay as I have been recently and hip behaving although I did pop a pill prior to the race- was a bit sore on the dancefloor. One day I’ll feel fit n speedy again- had absolute nothing to give on the flat bit !! Plodddddddd
