At work till 2.30am last night, staying up with lots of chocolate..didnt wake till 9am :o. With Ewan. Resisted need to go out on a cycle #revisionsucks.

Crags, Purkos, Radical. Post lie-in. Got soaking and a little further than planned, but absolutely loved life. Actually felt like a runner (although a heavy one..!!!) :DDDD.
Feeling run down and not with it still- may be because I haven't been taking my iron as I've been out long days this week/ need to catch up on sleep. 11 days, bleurgh.
Deffo wouldnt have gone (had about 10 hours sleep in 3 nights...) but Felly was meant to come and then he bailed on me just as I was having my pre sesh coffee at 5.30am, so went anyway. Rest tomorrow for sure.

..straight to gym. Same as last week but didn't do deadlifts but DB Bulgarian squats instead. Deffo hit a plataeu with the squats (52.5kg for 3 sets of 3). Also not loving how busy it is again with everyone back. DEAD. Straight to another day at work (9am-9pm). One day I'll get some revision done (at least the diss is done..)
10am-8.30pm at work, Harrys sick. Last time I picked up the sickness bug off him so hope it doesnt happen again..

To gym then gym to meadows, bumped into Saz then another wee loop with Matt and Alasdair. Wore the SR racing flats with my orthotics in. Toes were bunched at the end so will need to be without the orthotics if I race in them- toes and foot feeling weird now
