Been training very hard the last 2 weeks, legs hating me! But had no issues in the foot so thought today was the day to begin a little bit of running- will see how it goes, and physio next Friday.
Tomorrow begins the start of last semester of uni and I also now have a job 3-7pm every weekday- which means all my training will have to be done in the morning, and mostly prebrekkie, and will probs have to do less home core due to no time. Wish me luck....
