Spent 122 hours AJ this year, out of 500 hours training and 380 aerobic training LOL. Hoping for a less injury ridden 2018, and many hours less in the pool, starting tomorrow........

Note

Lots of walking around London as well, sans boot. Foot obviously a bit sore now, but not too bad. Although cant get hopes up as yesterday I was on ibuprofen because it was throbbing :(

In the Aquatics Centre which made this as exciting as aquajogging can get. Did the full jerker and then some, had lots of energy. Fixed HRM.
