Travelling to Anglesey very early and decided pretty spontaneously on the way past Snowdon that I needed to run up it- dropped off at Pen-Y-Pass, up the Pyg Track and back down Llanberis path to Llanberis. Visibility very poor at the top and was very very cold, and went down the wrong path (Snowdon Ranger Path) for a bit meaning I had to reclimb back up again, didn't mind too much. Absolutely love Snowdonia though!!
On Anglesey for a week now

Note

Some time at home/on holiday= time to think! Not at all tempted to increase anything in the near future now I'm recovered, finally feel like I have achieved a good training balance right now. Very content with doing a lot of cross-training, as if anything it has made me feel a lot stronger and I enjoy it. So will stick to doing ~7-10hours cardio training a week, with intense sessions on the bike/in the pool, and then some core. Will aim to run only 30-40k per week! Hopefully I can then take part in all the orienteering/races that I want to this year:)))))))))

swimming (aquajog) 1:00:00 [3]

First time in like 3 months, weirdly missed it!!!!
Did half a length hard (about 90s), half a length easy x 12, because my waterproof MP3 player has died and my HRM so would have been very boring otherwise

Devils Peak, finallyyy!
Completing unfinished business, had to do it. Last day at St. Cyprians so left all my stuff at the school and just ran from there- very dehydrated, very hungry and very hot post o-day no. 2 but it was so worth it!
57mins up to the top (vertical km!), although had to walk a lot near the top as it was very steep/rocky! Then very very slowly down lol. Left side still tight inc. dodgy knee.
