Was meant to be AJ this morning but I have managed to pick up this illness that's making its way round euoc-really sore throats and feeling heady. Wanted to do something today though as I'm out all day tomorrow in Deeside on a coaching course, so will be having a full rest day tomorrow (haven't had one for a while). Also had 2 jabs and a cervical screening test today = best day ever..
