Well over a month now since boot has been off- time has flown!!! Super happy with how training is going, I dont think I need to do anymore than what I am doing at the moment, will just keep doing what I'm doing (although this Spring weather is making me rather jellll) Foot feeling fantastic- havent had pain in it for a wee while. Still another 26 days (not counting...) till my next x-ray and deffo wont start anything impact until I get the 100% all clear, but its feeling positive yaaaay:)))

Body Balance at the Gym Was 10/10 will go again- alllll the stretching and a bit of core work, and then 10mins of lying on the floor relaxing at the end. Good to realise all training doesn't have to be and shouldnt be hardcore; think thisll do me a world of good in the longterm:)))
