Note

Have really been struggling to sleep since I've been back in Edi (both not getting and then waking up v early), and now it's catching up with me. Think it's partly exam stress but also do think I'm doing too much training especially now I'm introducing running again. Need to remember that having a day off isn't a bad thing- will have a complete rest day this weekend

PiYo. Instructor was v good, a bit harder than what I wanted lol, much more Pilates than yoga but was goooood :)
