Bob went to get his flu shot, so I took Elray walking at Mack Porter. Kind of late in the day, because I did groceries this morning. We did the shorter loop through the ball park. Elray was not happy about that. Really windy--blew my new hat off my head, and I had to scamper for it while holding the dog.

Took yesterday off, because I had to have my high octane flu shot. Today Bob watched them pour concrete, and I took Elray to Mack Porter. We did the longer loop through the ball fields and a bit of backtracking. Low 50's.

Weekly workout with my trainer. Not quite so much shoulder work as last week, but enough to be a bit sore, especially the left arm which is still sore from yesterday's vaccination. Pushed the sled both ways today, but differently than last week. And trips up and down the ramp with weights. Not much sleep last night, so I got really tired by the end of the session.

Mostly walking, but a few jogs here and there to test out my new running bra, and make sure it was really high impact, as advertised. I was messing with my headphones on the first km, and most of hills were on the 3rd. The pace for the first three km was over 10/km, but the last two were 9:21 and 9:14 respectively. Right now endurance is much more important than speed. A good day for this; about seventy degrees, but cloudy and breezy.
