9Round 33:51 [4]
ahr:101 max:136 shoes: INOV-8 Alltrain 215

After we finished our outdoor workout, we ran all the way around the building complex. Yes, I was last, but I ran all the way. Lots more fun outdoors than doing the online stuff.

Dog Walking 24:42 [2] 1.88 km (13:07 / km) +4m 12:59 / km
ahr:99 max:111 shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

Elray and I went to Mack Porter park and walked the larger loop. We kept up a good pace while walking, but had several stop and sniffs where she splayed out and refused to walk. Great weather.

Dog Walking 20:54 [2] 1.85 km (11:17 / km) +13m 10:54 / km
ahr:105 max:135 shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

We took Elray walking around the high school after recycling, and kept up a pretty good pace.

9Round 32:00 [4]
shoes: INOV-8 Alltrain 215

Did the 9Round workout of the day., but I forgot to set my fenix, so have no heart rate information. I know it was pretty intense.

Orienteering 52:47 [2] 3.72 km (14:11 / km) +18m 13:51 / km
ahr:97 max:116 shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

Met Mary Ann at Overlook Park, and did last Sunday's event with the app. We skipped 16 because of having to walk back & forth on the highway. All the tapes were still up except for 17. We could see it on the ground, however. We may go to Topeka and do the one at Gage Park when she gets back from vacation in early October. While she has no interest in orienteering, and does not run, she does lots of walking, and really like the app. So another good thing to come from Covid, besides working from home.

9Round 43:34 [3]
ahr:103 max:147 shoes: INOV-8 Alltrain 215

Trouble streaming today, so my workout ended up about 11 minutes longer than usual, so I sweated 11 minutes longer than usual.

Dog Walking 20:10 [2] 1.8 km (11:11 / km) +2m 11:08 / km
ahr:93 max:120 shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

The longer loop at Mack Porter, and Elray got to "walk the doggie". We kept a good pace--I needed to do a grocery pickup.

9Round 32:00 [5]
ahr:114 max:151 shoes: INOV-8 Alltrain 215

My first 9Round at-home workout. I'm sweating big time.

Dog Walking 22:55 [1] 1.84 km (12:27 / km) +3m 12:21 / km
shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

I ran out of battery, so this is just a guess, using one of last week's walks on the same longer loop around Mack Porter. We both took Elray, and let her "walk the doggie". She rolled around in the wet grass and got filthy--but had fun.

Workout 1:00:00 [3]
ahr:92 max:112 shoes: INOV-8 Alltrain 215

Workout with Jared. He is doing all virtual teaching (PE online), so he isn't around the kids. Only three other people in the gym the whole time I was there, so I can probably do this (while wearing masks). I pushed and pulled the sled, did some fireman carries, and lots of upper body, some using 30 lbs. The third set of that one was tough.

Dog Walking 36:46 [2] 2.98 km (12:21 / km) +13m 12:05 / km
ahr:92 max:117 shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

Had stuff to do this morning, so we went out this afternoon, when it was pretty warm, but really nice, anyway. Started at Mack Porter, over the bridge, and a small ways into Jesse James.

Orienteering 45:34 [4] 3.85 km (11:51 / km) +33m 11:22 / km
ahr:115 max:157 shoes: INOV-8 TrailRoc 270

Didn't pay attention to the map at the start and lost a couple of minutes going to 1. Did ok with the rest of the course. So much fun! It was so great to be able to go orienteering and also to see everyone, at a social distance. Controls 15-16-17 was a really long slog. I managed to do a bit of slogging (but not on the hiway from 15-17). The grouping around all the trees was a good feature, and I was careful to read the control numbers. So much fun, then on to my daughter's house to see both of my kids, and celebrate our joint birthdays. Good dinner and good presents. I brought black forest cupcakes and ice cream. My junk food for the week.
