Still limping around which is making me unhappy. So I decided it was time to be frustrated as well. I need to update and correct the Hodge Park map for my event in December. I had tried a few weeks ago to transfer it from the old computer to the new computer, and failed. So I messed around with it for about an hour plus, and finally got 'er done. Something to be happy about. I also did all my pt stuff, picked beans and tomatoes, and iced three times.

Workout 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: INOV-8 Roclite 270

Session with my trainer. Started with the air bike, then did some reaction time stuff. I did a few targeted exercises for my knee, and Jared loaned me a band to continue with at home. We did quite a bit of upper body. I also walked partway up and down the ramp. He liked my knee brace for compression, but suggested icing after working out. I will, but I hate icing. He suggested twice a day for the targeted exercises, and I may ride my indoor bike very slowly, but only for about 3-5 minutes at a time. He doesn't think anything had actually snapped (and I agree because I didn't hear it, and I have some range of motion). I will see him again on Wednesday. Still a fair amount of pain. I have been walking a lot, since Bob's sister was here visiting, and we walked (slowly) all over Watkins Mill. Maybe a bit more rest.

Note
(injured)

I used my cheap Walmart knee braces for the half marathon, so when I got back to the motel Saturday night, I dug through the luggage and found them. Very helpful. I'm still wearing them on both knees. The right one was only minimally damaged, but that one is missing the ACL, and the minimal was done right there on the right inside, so it feels a bit unstable. The other one is a lot more stable with the knee brace on.

After almost 12-hour driving yesterday, we got home and crashed. I'm making lots of trips to the basement for the laundry, very carefully. I also went out and picked stuff in my garden, carefully. It's important for the ground to be level. Tomorrow I'll talk to my trainer, and determine if I should see my doctor. And I will dig out my trekking poles.
