Only a little sore today. Some new wrinkles--used the battle ropes, plus Burpees, to haul in a tire, hopped in and out of the tire, then pulled it back into position, and sprinted back to the front. After 9Round, Bob picked me up and we went to Liberty and both of us bought smart phones. So I now figure out how to use it, and leave my stupid phone behind.
Weekly workout with my trainer. Some new types of agility drills. We ended with walking up the ramp while holding 25 lb weights over my head. Four trips of this. It wiped me out.
I have a really sore booty from yesterday. I had a great massage early this morning (thank you, Amy). My chiropractor said that my shoulder/scapula area (where I had the intense pain a couple of weeks ago) was really tight. He wants me to come back before our trip to California. So I will. Then I went to 9Round later in the morning, and the booty is still sore. I probably didn't do anything to make it less sore today.
