I did an extra round today. Brian was the trainer, and he decided everyone would do this song with high knees and an up-down every time they said thunder. They said thunder a lot. The last round was holding plank for 2-1/2 minutes, then holding iron cross for the last 30 seconds.

We went to Jesse James and parked at the disc golf parking. Then we took the trail over the bridge into Mack Porter, walked a bit, and returned. Very cold.
Started out slow, but got really intense. Two new challenges. The first was round kicks in three minutes--I did 188. On Round 6, it was a jab, cross, Burpee, and I did 30.

Riverfront Trail to the tennis courts and back. Cold.
A really tough workout today. Busy gym, we all did the same thing for about five minutes to a song--high knees and Burpees. The CHOW was sit-ups, touching elbow to knees, and I got 59. At Round 2, we used bands--channeling our inner Tom Brady.

It was 9 degrees when we started, and 7 degrees when we finished. I was trying to figure out how to use my new Fenix, but it was too cold to take off gloves, and my brain was too frozen also. They locked both gates into Mack Porter, so we went on to Jesse James, and walked along the lake. My sunglasses froze up and I couldn't see. Let's get warmer.
